I was led into this wairua mahi through my own lived experiences and trauma. Life brings its challenges, and with every low, we’re called to rise again in our own way.

Along my journey, I’ve been guided through many modalities—shamanism, paranormal hypnotherapy, hypnotherapy, mirimiri, and neurolinguistics. Each one has shaped me and brought me closer to where I stand today, in my role at Whaiora as Tihema Botanicals, offering Romiromi to the beautiful people I’m blessed to meet.

I believe we all carry something deep within us. We also carry stories, energies, and experiences that flow through our bloodlines. My role isn’t to “heal” you, but to walk alongside you—to hold a light while you find your own way forward.

Tihema Botanicals and Whaiora are your safe spaces. A place where you can be held, supported, and gently guided as you move toward a lighter version of yourself… as you return home to who you truly are.
