What is Access Bars®?

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on body process that involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head, known as “Bars.”

Each of these points is said to relate to different areas of life—such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, communication, creativity, money, and more.

During a session, these points are gently held, with the intention of releasing stored mental and emotional energy—the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs we carry over time.


How does it work?

Access Bars is a non-invasive, fully clothed experience where you simply lie down and receive light touch on the head.

There is no talking required, no guidance, and no effort needed from you.
You remain fully aware and in control the entire time.

The process is designed to:

  • Quiet the mind
  • Release built-up stress and mental clutter
  • Create a sense of space, clarity, and ease

Many people describe it as similar to clearing out a full hard drive, creating more room for new thoughts, perspectives, and possibilities.
